Suzanne E. Walsh has become the program director for the Lumina Foundation for Education, an Indianapolis-based organization that aims to improve access to higher education. Ms. Walsh, 38, previously was a program officer for the Innovation Economy Program at the Pittsburgh-based Heinz Endowments.
