Robert S. Peterkin has been elected to the board of directors of the education software company PLATO. Mr. Peterkin, 61, is the director of the Urban Superintendents Program and a professor of educational policy and administration in Harvard University’s graduate school of education. He also serves on the board of the Bethesda, Md.-based Editorial Projects in Education, the publisher of Education Week.
