The Ohio Supreme Court agreed last week to consider a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the state’s charter schools. Last August, a state appeals court revived the suit, which was filed in 2001 by a coalition that includes the Ohio Federation of Teachers, the Ohio School Boards Association, and the state chapter of the PTA. A trial-court had largely rejected the plaintiffs’ claims.
