Michigan Changes Test

Gov. Jennifer M. Granholm of Michigan signed legislation on Jan. 5 that will replace the Michigan Education Assessment Program for high schoolers with a college-entrance-exam type of test called the Michigan Merit Exam, beginning in the 2006-07 school year.
