Mark D. Levine has been hired as the executive director of the Center for After-School Excellence, an initiative of the nonprofit, New York City-based After-School Corp. Mr. Levine, 37, was most recently a vice president at the One Economy Corp., a national nonprofit organization that helps low-income families use technology.
