Lloyd G. “Buzz” Waterhouse has been appointed the president and chief operating officer of Harcourt Education, an Orlando, Fla.-based provider of educational materials. Mr. Waterhouse, 54, was most recently the chief executive officer and chairman of Reynolds and Reynolds Co. Inc., a Kettering, Ohio-based provider of technology products and services for the automotive industry.
