
Juan Aníbal Aponte Morales was appointed the vice president in charge of the College Board’s Puerto Rico and Latin American office last month.
Mr. Aponte has held various positions at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, most recently as the chancellor of the San Germán campus.
The San Juan-based office of the New York City-based College Board offers services to about 1 million students in Puerto Rico and Latin America, including a college-entrance exam similar to the SAT.
