Joseph S. Brosnan

Joseph S. Brosnan, a top administrator at Teachers College, Columbia University, has joined the board of directors of the I Have A Dream Foundation, the organization recently announced. He will serve a one-year term.

Mr. Brosnan, 59, is the vice president for strategic planning and external affairs for the college, located in New York City. He is a former president of Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C.

The I Have A Dream Foundation, also based in New York City, provides college-preparatory tutoring and mentoring for children in low-income areas.
