Career Training for Students
The Citi Foundation, the philanthropic division of the New York City-based global financial services company, and the Pearson Foundation, a New York City-based international media and publishing company, have together contributed $2.15 million to the New York City-based National Academy Foundation, nonprofit organization that promotes relationships between educators and business leaders to help prepare high school students for professional careers. The grant will help pay for programs that bring business leaders into urban high school classrooms.
