French teachers can spend two summer weeks in Paris with The French Connection to brush up on language skills and observe the political and economic landscape of France. Cost is approximately $930 for two weeks; the price is subject to change as exchange rates fluctuate. A 15 percent deposit serves as a reservation. Classes last from three to five hours a day and are held in group or individual sessions. Students can stay with a French family or in a hotel. Visit Kent, England, and its unique Canterbury Cathedral on a tour that offers lodging within the cathedral grounds and the King’s School. Twentyfive participants will be accepted for the week-long program. They may attend social and worship events and journey to sites outside the cathedral. The $475 price tag includes meals, lodging, activities, and special events. Participants must make their own travel arrangements. Limited scholarship assistance is available and must be requested in writing. The deadline for registration is July 1; a $200 deposit is required.
