Police in Stoneham, Mass., have reportedly issued a negligent-driving citation to Enrico V. Caruso, 65, who was driving the car that crashed into Central Elementary School earlier this month, leaving five people hospitalized with serious injuries. The Boston Globe reported that the citation could lead to a misdemeanor criminal charge. The Stoneham police department refused to comment.
