Dan Fitzpatrick

Dan Fitzpatrick has been named the public-affairs officer for Columbus-based eTech Ohio, a state program that distributes educational content via the Internet and promotes online learning. Mr. Fitzpatrick, 31, was previously the legislative liaison for the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
