Cindy H. Moss has been appointed to the Commission on 21st Century Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, a Charlotte, N.C.-based initiative of the National Science Board. Ms. Moss, 46,is the K-12 science curriculum specialist for the 124,000-student Charlotte-Mecklenburg school district.
