Ann W. Armstrong has been named the executive director of the Center for Educational Outreach and Innovation at Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as president of Teachers College Innovations.
Ms. Armstrong, 57, spent the past three years as vice president of Intellinex, a Cleveland-based e-learning company.
The New York City-based center oversees 250 adult education programs. Teachers College Innovations offers professional-development programs for teachers and administrators.
