Marc Brackett is the founding director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, a professor at Yale University’s Child Study Center, and the author of Permission to Feel and the recently published Dealing with Feeling. He’s the lead developer of RULER, an evidence-based approach to teaching emotional intelligence, has published over 200 scholarly articles, and hosts “Dealing With Feeling,” a podcast exploring the science and practice of emotions.
