Priscilla Haden

Priscilla Haden has been named a member of the executive board of the National Center for Learning and Citizenship at the Denver-based Education Commission of the States, a nonprofit organization that identifies, develops, and advocates public policies to improve education. Ms. Haden is also a member of the West Virginia state board of education.
