Michael T. Nettles, 51, the senior vice president of the Policy Evaluation and Research Center at the Princeton, N.J.-based Educational Testing Service, was recently elected to a two-year term as the chairman of the National Postsecondary Education Cooperative executive committee, a Washington-based partnership of postsecondary institutions, associations, government agencies, and organizations.
