Oral Arguments Scheduled

The U.S. Supreme Court announced last week that it will hear arguments Jan. 10 in two education appeals granted review in late September. The justices have scheduled an hour for oral arguments in Zuni Public School District v. Department of Education (Case No. 05-1508), which considers the formula for federal aid to school districts that have an American Indian reservation or a federal facility within their borders.
