National trends in child well-being are no longer rising as steadily as they did in the 1990s, a report says.

The annual report from the Baltimore-based Annie E. Casey Foundation says that out of 10 measured indicators of child well-being, three have worsened since 2000: the percentage of children living in poverty, the percentage of low-birth-weight babies, and the percentage of children who live in families without a parent who has full-time, year-round employment.
