Conn. Board Delays Action on Suit

The state board of education in Connecticut has tabled a motion to support Attorney General Richard Blumenthal in his threatened lawsuit over the federal No Child Left Behind Act. Mr. Blumenthal said after the June 1 vote that he still plans to sue. (“Connecticut Pledges First State Legal Challenge to NCLB Law,” April 13, 2005.)
