An article about the metropolitan Wilmington, Del., desegregation case in the March 1 issue of Education Week misstated the position of the state school board and the four defendant districts on a proposed settlement. They actually favored the settlement, but it failed to gain the approval of the state legislature. As a result, the lawsuit went to trial.
