As school budgets wane and teachers pay ever-growing amounts for paper, pens, and other classroom essentials (see page 16), several national Web sites have stepped up to provide some much-needed relief. Teachers create wish lists—including anything from crayons and markers to computers and money for field trips—and the sites match them with willing donors.
