Peter C. Groff, the former director of the Center for Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Education, joined the Washington-based National Alliance for Public Charter Schools this month as its president and chief executive officer. Mr. Groff said he will push for better facilities, more diversity, and equitable funding for charter schools.
