The National Association of Secondary School Principals has named three finalists for its Assistant Principal of the Year honor. They are Kirsten A. Clemons of Blue Springs South High School in Blue Springs, Mo.; Daniel E. Richards of Belmont High School in Belmont, Mass.; and Michael R. Shepherd of Har-Ber High School in Springdale, Ark.
