William H. Bentley is the new president of Washington-based Voices for America’s Children, a national, nonprofit child-advocacy organization. Mr. Bentley, 56, formerly was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Points of Light Foundation, a Washington-based philanthropy that promotes community service.
