Tougher academic requirements may drive the children of migrant farm workers from the classroom, a new report by the Education Commission of the States warns.
“Additional resources need to be applied to enable at-risk, migrant youth to cope with higher educational standards,” write the authors of “Migrant4Education: A Consolidated View.”
