Mark E. Ankeny is the new dean of the school of education at Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
Mr. Ankeny, 52, was most recently the associate dean of the school of education at George Fox University in Newberg, Ore.
Westminster College is a private liberal arts college with about 2,500 undergraduate and graduate students.
