Joseph J. Cirasuolo has been named the chief operating officer for the American Association of School Administrators, a 13,000-member professional organization based in Arlington, Va. Mr. Cirasuolo, 65, was previously the leadership-development consultant for the AASA’s Center for System Leadership.
