Clarification

A quote from Linda Darling-Hammond in the Aug. 7, 2002, issue of Education Week (“Critics Claim Missteps On Execution of Title II”), implied that a U.S. Department of Education report on Title II of the Higher Education Act was based on no peer-reviewed research. The study did, in fact, use one such body of evidence.
