President Obama turns his attention once again to STEM education issues tomorrow at a White House event. He’ll honor a group of educators for their excellence in math and science teaching and announce what the White House calls “key new partnerships” in a campaign to improve math and science achievement.

In November, the president first announced the campaign, which involves partnerships with companies, private foundations, nonprofits, and others to motivate and inspire young people to excel in science and math. In fact, the White House has created a Web page devoted to the effort.

Stay tuned for more details tomorrow after the announcement.
