“Growing Up in North America: Child Well-Being in Canada, the United States, and Mexico” is published by The Children in North America Project.

The educational attainment of parents varies widely across the North American continent, and those differences can have a significant impact on the academic achievement of their children, a report says.

The study by The Children in North America Project—a network of researchers from foundations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico—reports that in 2002, the percentage of adults ages 25 to 34 who had not finished high school was 13 percent in the United States, 11 percent in Canada, and 79 percent in Mexico.
