Every district wants its investment in professional learning to strengthen teaching, improve student outcomes, and support educator retention. But making professional learning relevant, personalized, and scalable remains a challenge.

This webinar explores how micro-learning and micro-credentialing can turn professional learning into a more strategic approach to educator growth. Designed for district and school leaders across professional learning, instructional support, and HR, the session will introduce three practical strategies for connecting organizational priorities to targeted competencies, creating learning experiences that build and validate expertise, and using that expertise to support meaningful career pathways. Participants will leave with actionable approaches they can adapt to their own context to make professional learning more responsive to educator needs and more impactful across their organization.
