What gets in the way of teachers and school leaders learning from each other? Too often, teachers and school leaders look past each other in the hallways, during observations, and in faculty meetings without truly engaging in the kind of reflection and feedback that fuels professional growth.

Join Peter DeWitt, a researcher, and other education practitioners, for a conversation on how K-12 leaders and educators can close this credibility gap.

You’ll gain strategies to transform everyday interactions into opportunities for shared insight, trust-building, and professional growth.
