The U.S. Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Arizona Officials

I’m busy writing an article about the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling today on Horne v. Flores. The court remanded the case back to the lower courts for a closer examination of “changed circumstances” in programs for English-language learners since the original case was filed.
