Robert E. Schiller has been named a director of consulting for the educational services division of Maximus, Inc., a Reston, Va., company that provides program management, consulting, and information technology services.
Mr. Schiller, 58, is a former state superintendent of education for Illinois and a former state superintendent of public instruction for Michigan. He has also served as a deputy state schools chief in Louisiana and Delaware.
The educational services division of Maximus offers consulting services in accountability and student performance, administrative efficiency, special education, and other areas to K-12 schools and districts.
