Michael E. Berkeley has been hired as the assistant executive director of information-technology systems at the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, based in Alexandria, Va. Mr. Berkeley, 38, was previously the chief information officer and vice president of technology at Kadix Systems in Arlington, Va.
