In case you missed it, Education Week Digital Directions produced a webinar discussion last week on the best ed-tech strategies for students in pre-K through 5th grade.
The conversation covered how elementary school teachers can make the most of technology in their classrooms, what devices and apps are most effective for a younger crowd, and when technology should be turned off.
Questions about what types of technology are developmentally appropriate for children have received increasing attention in recent months as more and more school districts are considering blended learning programs and 1-to-1 initiatives.
