Kris Perry, the executive director of the First Five Years Fund (and someone who has been quoted here several times before) is the lead plaintiffs in the same-sex marriage case that was heard today before the U.S. Supreme Court. (The Supreme Court website has also made available audio and a transcript of the oral arguments.)
My colleague Mark Walsh has also written an article that includes comments from Perry about her involvement in case known as Hollingsworth v. Perry, and outlines what the cases may mean for schools. Definitely worth a read.
