Teachers’ Unions Regrouping After Early Losses

It’s been a tough legislative season so far for teachers’ unions in Wisconsin, Alabama, and other states, but they’re fighting back, my colleague Stephen Sawchuk reports.

The unions have seen a wave of proposals approved or come under consideration in statehouses to strip collective bargaining rights or job protections, or put new restrictions on their fundraising. But they’re regrouping through new outreach and fundraising, Steve explains. Have a look.
