Some school districts are working hard to get the word out that undocumented students can pay in-state tuition rates in California, even though a case that challenged the provision is under review by the California Supreme Court. The San Bernardino Sun reports that the San Bernandino County superintendent of schools put out a “know your rights” brochure letting high school students know that if they are undocumented, they can still pay in-state rates at public colleges and universities.
