Arne Duncan, the U.S. secretary of education, just proved why this past weekend.
Every weekend in July, current and former college basketball players converge on Georgetown University’s on-campus gymnasium for a summer basketball league called Kenner League (or as it’s now officially known, “The Nike Pro-City League”).
Apparently, the secretary of education had an open invite, as Duncan laced up the old basketball shoes on Sunday and took to the court as a member of team “Can’t Be Stop,” according to multiple reports from the event.
