Dr. Neil Gupta is the Superintendent for Oakwood City Schools, Ohio. He is excited to lead a high performing district that focuses on the whole child and connects learning to relevant, real-world experiences. Dr. Gupta has presented at the state, national, and international level in the areas of leadership, assessments, and coaching. Neil has a passion for administrative leadership, coaching teams, and working with teams using effective strategies and tools, such as design thinking and organizational management for positive change.

Dr. Gupta is a member of the Finalsite Superintendent Collaborative and an Associate with Creative Leadership Solutions. Neil is a member of AASA School Superintendent Association, the National Association of School Superintendents, and ASCD/ISTE. All in 2024, Dr. Gupta has been named the following: a Top 100 Influential Educator in America by District Administration, a Superintendent to Watch by the AASA Superintendent Association, and a Nominee for Excellence in Small School District Leadership by the National Association of School Superintendents.
