Welcome to Author’s Corner by Education Week Press. The long list of Education Week Press authors boasts an extraordinary range of knowledge and experience. This new blog will draw on this talented roster of authors to share analysis of the education landscape, education research, teaching strategies, and personal experiences.

Our first contributing blogger will be distinguished speaker and futurist Gary Marx. As president of the Center for Public Outreach and author of the popular Trends series, Mr. Marx is committed to improving education leadership and practice. In the coming months, he will offer exclusive analysis of decades of original research on the future of education. With rich applications in strategic planning and professional development, this analysis is an invaluable tool for education stakeholders of all stripes.
