Common-Standards Watch: Georgia Makes 22

Straight from the State Board of Education meeting in Atlanta today, we hear that Georgia adopted the common standards. Department of Education spokesman Matt Cardoza brings us that news.

That means the list of adoptions has grown to 22.

UPDATE: Apparently the Georgia board’s vote prompted a standing ovation from the audience, the Atlanta Journal Constitution tells us.
