Gov. John Lynch Re-Elected in New Hampshire

Democrat John Lynch was elected to a fourth term as governor of New Hampshire, the AP reports.

Lynch, who has set a goal of dramatically reducing his state’s dropout rates, defeated Republican challenger John Stephen. He also has vowed to expand “Running Start,” a program that allows high school students to earn college credit.
