Here’s a tidbit for those of you who have been getting less sleep these days wondering how your state is going to make a graceful transition to large-scale online testing: State education-technology directors have launched new website with information about that transition.

My colleague Katie Ash has information about it over at our Digital Education blog.

Lots of folks are losing sleep over this topic right now, and trying to find ways to connect with colleagues to think through the hairy parts of this transition. We’ve blogged here about an online “roadmap” Pearson has created to serve this purpose, and we’ve tried to keep you informed about thoughts being shared by experts at convenings of the U.S. Department of Education and at other meetings as well. We’ll do our best to keep you posted. Give us a shout if you have something to contribute.
