Using Twitter to Assess Student Learning (Video)

Janelle Bence, an English facilitator at New Tech High, Coppell in Texas, uses Twitter as a way to gauge students’ comprehension of the day’s lesson. At the end of class, students tweet what they learned from the day’s lesson and interact with their classmates’ tweets.
