Lily Eskelsen García, the head of the largest national teachers' union, says beating Gov. Scott Walker is the organization's top priority in the upcoming Wisconsin election.

The National Education Association is the second national union to say it's targeting Mr. Walker. The American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees also said it had a "score to settle" with the governor.

Gov. Walker has been a target of public-sector unions since a law he advanced essentially ended collective bargaining for most state public employees. He dismissed the unions' arguments as false rhetoric.
