Early-Childhood Education

The Washington-based National Association for the Education of Young Children has received a $200,000 grant from the Omaha, Neb.-based Buffett Early Childhood Fund and the Baltimore, Md.-based Annie E. Casey Foundation, to provide a high-quality professional development system for early-childhood educators. The grant will help fund a tracking system for the professional development program, technical assistance for the system, and collaboration with other early-childhood education organizations.
