Math and Science Teaching Awards
Ninety-five math and science teachers were honored with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in a ceremony at the White House last month. The awards, which are administered by the National Science Foundation, honor K-12 math and science teachers who display excellent teaching methods. Each winner received a $10,000 award and an all-expense paid trip to Washington. The recipients are listed below by state.
